I think you did exceptionally well on this work. You gave the model's pose and location a real purpose and story. The stock is blended extremely well; so well, in fact, that I had to do a double-take between the original and your final work to realize the background was different.
The colors are wonderful. There is this magical and serene sensation that I get with the combination of blues and greens. The little touches of orange and yellow are wonderful. You really paid attention to how the lantern reflects light on the lily pads. I also love how you highlighted the hair just enough so that it really looks wet, like she just came out of the pond.
The one thing that I think could be fixed, and fixed easily, is the dragonflies. They should look a little more random and not just like the same one over and over. I would suggesting using three different photos so that the dragonflies look more natural.
Also, I would add something in that empty area right behind the model. Even if it's just a faded out forest that you can barely see, I think it would help really complete the scene you've created around her.
